Workout Tools is a small kit for people who train with someone else — a partner, a friend, or just yourself with a notebook. Here is what each app is built for and how it fits into your routine.

You and your partner do not load the same weight on the bar — and that is normal. Bench press, squat, deadlift, pull-ups, push-ups, and even sprints do not scale one-to-one between men and women. This converter answers the question couples ask every week: if he lifts X, what should she load for the same effort?
Pick any exercise from the search bar (barbell, dumbbell, machine, bodyweight, or athletics). World records and gym averages appear side by side for men and women. Enter his 1RM or her result — the tool calculates the matching equivalent using exercise-specific standards, not a flat percentage rule.
App 02 · Live
Two training partners rarely share the same bodyweight or height — so comparing raw numbers on the bar is misleading. This converter adjusts for size: enter each person’s weight and height, then a lift, and see what counts as an equivalent effort for the other.
The logic uses powerlifting weight-class data (IPF-style) as a baseline, so a lighter lifter and a heavier one can still compare bench, squat, or deadlift on fair terms. Built for same-gender pairs — gym buddies, siblings, or anyone who wants a size-fair comparison, not a men/women gap.
Training journal · Android
Numbers on the bar tell you what you moved — not why a set felt wrong or what to fix next time. Workout Note to Improve is a session journal: run your workout with a timer, log sets and reps, and attach a short note to each exercise while it is still fresh.
Did your squat depth collapse on set three? Write it down. Did your shoulder pinch on incline bench? Note the cue that helped. Next week you open the same workout and see exactly where to pick up — not a blank screen and a vague memory.
Coaches: name a category after each client, tag programs with colours, and use the search bar to find any workout by training name, category, or client — built for busy weeks on the gym floor.
It is for anyone who trains seriously — alone, with a partner, or as a coach — and wants progress notes tied to the actual work.
